How Senior AI Employees Can Review Junior Employees' Work Using SIMI

An AI company can have different levels of responsibility.

An employee can produce initial work, while senior employees review that work, analyze important information, and provide additional insights.

In Part 6 of the Veridata demonstration, we show how multiple senior AI employees can review work produced by the Business Development and Sales Manager.

We begin by going to the Chats section.

We select the Business Development and Sales Manager.

We then share the conversation with:

Finance and Administration Manager, Chief Executive Officer, Operations Manager, and Head of Data Operations.

The conversation is now available to these employees.

We return to the Shared Chats section.

We select the Group section and wait for it to load.

This allows us to create a shared review workflow involving selected employees.

We select:

Finance and Administration Manager, Chief Executive Officer, and Operations Manager.

We then click Next.

A list of common conversations available to these employees appears.

We click the common conversation below the employee list.

The conversation dashboard appears.

We then ask the three senior employees to review and comment on the key points and decisions contained in the work.

This allows the senior employees to examine the junior employee's work together.

The three senior employees provide their analysis of the information.

Each employee contributes from its own role and perspective.

The Finance and Administration Manager can examine the information from a financial and administrative perspective.

The CEO can examine the broader company implications.

The Operations Manager can focus on operational considerations.

This creates a multi-perspective review of the same work.

We can also observe the detailed notes produced during the review.

These notes highlight major points and crucial decisions that can be used in the future development of Veridata.

The information can therefore become useful for future company planning and development.

This workflow demonstrates how AI employees can work at different levels.

One employee produces the initial work.

Senior employees then review that work.

Their analysis can provide additional information and identify important points.
