The final stage of the Veridata demonstration introduces autonomous AI employees.
Instead of requiring a human to manually provide every next instruction, we establish an autonomous group with defined employees, leadership, instructions, and a desired outcome.
The employees can then communicate through several rounds while working toward the set goal with minimal human intervention.
Watch the video above to see Part 9 of the Veridata AI company demonstration in action.
We start by going to the Autonomous section.
We name the group:
Veridata Autonomous Group
We then add:
These five employees will participate in the autonomous workflow.
We select the Chief Executive Officer to become the main leader of the group.
The CEO takes the primary leadership position.
We then select the Senior Field Enumerator to receive the second rank.
The group now has a defined leadership structure.
The remaining employees participate under the guidance of these two leaders.
Selecting the five participating employees and ranking the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Field Enumerator as leaders.
We then add the instructions our main leader will use.
After the instructions, we define the desired outcome.
The outcome establishes what the autonomous group is expected to achieve.
Once the desired outcome is met, the group leader will end the discussion.
We also assign instructions to the Senior Field Enumerator, followed by the desired outcome.
Before creating the group, we review all of the information we have entered.
This includes the employee selections, rankings, instructions, and desired outcomes.
The purpose is to ensure that everything is correctly configured before the autonomous workflow begins.
Instructions and desired outcomes entered for both the Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Field Enumerator.
Once everything has been reviewed, we click Start.
The autonomous group begins.
The Chief Executive Officer kicks off the group, followed by the second-ranked Senior Field Enumerator.
The other employees then participate under the guidance of the two leaders.
The Senior Field Enumerator's weekly field-performance report during the first round of the autonomous discussion.
The employees contribute ideas, observations, and recommendations according to their assigned roles.
The discussion may continue for several rounds.
Employees can respond to each other's contributions, build on previous ideas, analyze information, and refine their responses.
The discussion does not necessarily end after the first exchange.
It continues as the group works toward the desired outcome.
Round two: the Chief Executive Officer publishes the management report as the Senior Field Enumerator confirms readiness.
The key feature of this workflow is the reduced need for continuous human input.
The human establishes the structure at the beginning:
After the group starts, the employees can continue the discussion according to that structure.
The CEO serves as the main leader.
The Senior Field Enumerator serves as the second-ranked leader.
The remaining Field Enumerators participate under their guidance.
This leadership structure helps organize the conversation as the employees work toward the target.
This workflow demonstrates a progression from individual AI work to autonomous collaboration.
First, we create individual employees.
Then we assign tasks.
We connect their conversations.
We create groups.
Finally, we allow selected employees to participate in a structured autonomous workflow.
An autonomous group needs a clear objective.
The desired outcome provides a target for the discussion.
Without a defined outcome, there may be no clear point at which the discussion should conclude.
In Veridata, the group leader is configured to end the discussion once the desired outcome has been achieved.
The final group contains the:
Chief Executive Officer, Senior Field Enumerator, Field Enumerator 3, Field Enumerator 4, and Field Enumerator 5.
The CEO starts the discussion.
The Senior Field Enumerator has the second rank.
The remaining employees contribute to the discussion.
The conversation can continue through multiple rounds until the set goal is successfully achieved.
Part 9 completes the Veridata AI company demonstration with autonomous AI employees.
We create the Veridata Autonomous Group, select the CEO as the main leader, assign the Senior Field Enumerator as the second rank, provide instructions and desired outcomes, and start the group.
The employees then communicate through several rounds with minimal human intervention while working toward the defined objective.
This final workflow demonstrates how a structured AI workforce can move from individual task execution toward more autonomous AI collaboration.
